    II. HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT PACKAGE

    The package consists of a company examination of the existing Human Resources, evaluation, restructuring, recommendation and the optional implementation of a comprehensive improvement program that lasts 3 to 6 months in order for results to be achieved. The steps are explained briefly as follows:

    • (1) Examination:

    FBC examines the existing Human Resources company organizational structure, inclusive of all its employees and departments.

    • (2) Evaluation:

    FBC conducts an evaluation of the existing human resources and rate of productivity as it relates to the job description, duties and responsibilities.

    • (3) Analysis / Recommendations:

    FBC conducts an analysis of the interaction between the departments and / or divisions of the company, identifies problems and provides solutions through a series of recommendations for improvements, all of which are in accordance with the company's mission statement and objectives.

    • (4) Training:

    FBC formulates a training program for the Human Resources of the company, designed to improve communications and standards of performance based on the comprehensive analysis. Training Programs are tailor made to suit a division or department based on FBC recommendations.

    • (5) Follow up and Feedback:

    FBC coordinates through periodic visits with the Human Resources Division of the company's monthly, quarterly, biannual and annual reports, in order to review the performance of the entire company's Human Resources team, employing a special methodology by using instruments to measure the quantitative and qualitative production of both the individuals and the entire organization.
